Month Of Coordination (4-6 weeks out)
We’ll pick up where you left off and offer support as you count down to your special occasion. We’ll also be available for any guidance with vendor communication and be all ears if you have a question. Connect us with your vendor line up and we’ll collaborate on the final details leading up to your celebration and be there day of your event through the end. We will take over communication and planning 4-6 weeks in advance of your celebration to ensure you have a stress-free experience. Day Of Coordination
If your plans are made and you just need a trusted Professional to be on your team to coordinate the day of timeline for your celebration, we’ll step right in. This package is for the nitty gritty to-do’s, execution, and clean up of your personal belongings. We’ll collaborate one week in advance of your wedding celebration and be present from the start of vendor load in to the removal of décor. This pick up and go package is for getting the tasks and conversations covered that you do not want to be doing on your wedding day.
